Dr. Austin T. Webb was born and raised in Oklahoma on a small cattle ranch. There, he learned to work with and care for animals. This helped develop a love for animals that set him on a career path towards becoming a veterinarian. Mentoring him along the way was his older brother, Dr. Brad Franklin. During high school and college, he gained experience in veterinary medicine working here, at Gully Animal Hospital, where he enjoyed learning and being mentored by Dr. Gully, Dr. Williams and Dr. Franklin.
Dr. Webb earned his Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University in 2015. He then graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed his clinical year at Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. After receiving his degree in January 2022, he began working at Gully Animal Hospital with the very doctors that mentored him as a teenager.
Dr. Webb is very passionate about veterinary medicine and his role in being a steward of animal welfare. He believes that animals are a vital part of our lives and families. His goal is to provide compassionate care and practice quality medicine, in the hopes of improving the quality of life and the longevity of our furry friends. His joys in life are spending time with his wife, Christie, daughter, Blake, and fur-baby, Maximus (Golden Retriever). In his spare time, he loves participating in all sorts of athletics, outdoor activities, and cooking with his family.
